Birth in a Weekend is an in-depth, comprehensive birth and postpartum antenatal class that prepares you physically, mentally, and emotionally for the birth experience. This class is action packed with lots of useful information about the labor & birth process, what to expect in a hospital birth, a range of pain relief measures, including drug and non drug options, and a preparing and planning for postpartum. This class is an 8 hour class, taught in a weekend over a Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
