Groundbreaking research in prenatal and fetal psychology has shown us that your unborn baby is a conscious, emotional human being. From about 6 months of pregnancy onwards, the fetus can see, hear, experience, taste, learn and feel from inside the womb! The attitudes and expectations that your child will ultimately carry through with them in their lifetime begin to take shape in-utero. As the mother, your thoughts and tools are powerful tools. This is not to put more pressure and guilt on you for the fleeting thoughts of anxiety, worry, stress or sadness you may experience through this pregnancy.
On the contrary, it is an invitation to you to discover just what a force for positivity you can be in your child’s life starting from today. You don’t have to wait till they’re born to begin parenting.
In addition to the nutritious food you eat and the exercise you do for the baby’s physical growth and development, the warm, nurturing, responsive, enriching environment you provide to your baby will ensure that the foundation for lifelong emotional and mental well being and health is laid in the womb.

I want to offer you an opportunity to honor the journey you are on - to pause, reflect and savor the moments that are so fleeting and yet so significant. I want to invite you to flex your self-care muscles, build your emotional well being toolkit, release fears and pre conditioned scripts you may be carrying with you and give the most nurturing start to your baby's life, starting from inside the womb.
I created the Mindful Pregnancy Relaxation Circle to guide you through the ways to prepare your mind, body & soul for birth and beyond. Ritual, repetition and relaxation are sacred practices that help you awaken awareness and deepen connection - a time of uninterrupted focus, attention and reflection for yourself and baby. The Circles are carefully crafted to be uplifting, supportive spaces to come as you are, fill your cup and take what you need from them each week.

How do I access the sessions?
Sessions are delivered online via Zoom. Link to the Zoom room will be provided to you in the email you will receive after payment.
Can I sign up for more than 1 block?
YES! Many of our attendees typically sign up for recurring blocks so they have their well being prioritized week after week. Sign up for as many as you like!
Are these suitable for first time mums?
These sessions are GREAT for first time time mums in any stage of postpartum. Since they are online, you can attend without leaving your home and baby and can join in as early as the first weeks after giving birth.
Who can attend these sessions?
These sessions are for anyone in any season for motherhood!
What if I can't make it to a session?
We know that mums have last minute things come up and we want to make this stress free for you. If you miss a session, you are welcome to join a future session to replace the one you missed within 3 months of your missed session.
